WHAT IS 2ND LIVE?
2ND LIVE aims to explore the potential of live performance in the Second Life® environment, the 3D online digital world imagined and created by its sixteen million plus residents.
The first, extended 2ND LIVE project was Phoenix Scratch (June 2007 - December 2008). It comprised four new commissioned works and a series of events with open-calls for artists to try out new performance experiments. Phoenix Scratch was hosted by Exeter Phoenix and supported by Arts Council England (Lottery Funded).
